nkjellman
Console Version Loading Screens This mod will port the loading screens from the Xbox 360, and PS3 versions to the PC version. They are the exact same exept there is still a main menu. This includes: -Textures ported directly from the console version from .xtd to .wtd. -Animations were ported directly from the console version. -Both reguler and ingame loading screans. Fixes: (basicly adapted the .dat files to the PC version so they played properly) -Reguler PC legal screens and Rockstar logos (so music plays during Rockstar Logos) -Reversed the flags INITITAL_MAIN and LAST_INGAME from the console version (Reason why is so it starts in the right spot with Niko behind the crates. For some reason the PC version switches the two of them. If you start in a different spot thats not Niko behind the crates then use the common folder found in the folder "If Niko is not behind the crates use this instead). Video: Loading Screens: (Sorry its cut short, non registerd users of fraps can only record 30 seconds of video but you still get the idea. The loading screens after that follow the proper order, they follow, and look the same as on the console versions). Loading Screens Ingame: (Sorry its cut short, non registerd users of fraps can only record 30 seconds of video but you stll get the idea. After the third loading screen the loading screens repeat untill the game loads). Replaces the Files: IN COMMON/DATA -loadingscreens_pc.dat -loadingscreens_ingame_pc.dat IN PC/TEXTURES -loadingscreens.wtd -loadingscreens_ingame.wtd NOTE: This is only for the GTA IV loading screens as TLAD, and TBOGT ones on the PC are the same as the console versions. Later on I may make the console version start menu for EFLC. Edited May 13, 2011 by nkjellman StrictBark602 and tuzuh

Ill have a vid up soon. video recording card??? wtf is that for? get fraps. I herd somewhere that you need a specal card (I was gussing on the name before), to record good video. But I could be wrong. Im using Cam Studio. Edit: My bad. Cam Studio does not work very well for games. Fraps works great. However Im not registerd so the video's are cut short but dont worry, you get the picture. The rest is the same as the console versions. The video will be up soon and dont worry the quality is going to be fine. @quechus13: Thanks for recomending Fraps. Its much better for recording vids, and I thought it was my PC. lol Edited May 12, 2011 by nkjellman
