TV commercials, radio commercials, billboards, posters, fliers everywhere telling you "In Stores Now!"? You couldn't look anywhere without seeing something GTA V related. Or else I would've said "So would you buy GTA V tomorrow?" I'm asking, what would you do if Rockstar sprung it up on you out of no where without pre-release promos? Would you be extremely jubilated? Will you cancel your entire day and run to your local game store? Example of how one guy said he'd skip school and go buy it after jumping up and down for joy. Or would you be nonchalant about it and get when you can? Or will you be in disbelief like one guy said and check if you've been in a coma? This really didn't even need explaining. I'm not being funny when I say this, but I just looked at your join date and sh*t myself over how fast the year's gone. To elaborate a bit more on the topic, you're suggesting nil-marketing which would probably be a slow burner - less people would be expecting it, but as sales picked up momentum I don't think think R* would suffer too much. Too much. I mean, you'd get less people in the first few days and weeks I imagine, and it's a bit of an unorthodox way of releasing something so anticipated but I just hope it doesn't come to that.
