Fozzarn Posted May 10, 2011 Share Posted May 10, 2011 Hey, i saw a mod once tht spawned random gangs who did disasters . like explodes a car or two . stops traffick and all such u can do ... and i hav forgot what name it was and i want it so badly i remember the mod creator said something like this "are you tired of being the only guy who creats disasters?" or such..
