I have Saints Row 2, and I find it quite good. It's probably too "action-packed" for many, but I can still squeeze quite a bit of fun out of it. Also, another favorite crime sandbox game I like is Scarface: The World is Yours. You'll love the game if you loved the movie along with GTA VC. The game might be outdated, but it's still very well done. The sad thing is that it was released when the last generation of consoles was starting to die off, and it didn't get as much attention as it should have gotten. There is some big names in this game such as Ice T, Cheech, Chong, Ricky Gervais, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Bam Margera. MrcTOtheJ Posted May 10, 2011 Share Posted May 10, 2011 I wasn't to fond of Saints row my self, but you might want to give it a try, both 1 and 2 are cheap, so it's not like you'd break the bank if you don't like them. There's also the Mafia series, 1 was good on the PC (played it at a friends ages ago) and I've heard relatively good things about 2, but I'm late to that party so I cant tell you from experience on that one. Also, I'd suggest Red Dead Redemption, as it's a crime game, but I don't know if you'd like that, as it's a western at the same time. Though i've seen people not to into westerns love that game to, and I honestly think it's one of the best games in the past 10 years i've played. (I like westerns though, but a few of my friends didn't well not until RDR that is lol) And to answer your question about if there's other good crime games besides Gta, yeah there are definitely good crime game besides GTA, not to many this Gen so far but there are. I wouldn't say that. Yeah it's fighting for territory, factions and such but the fact that you can grapple an innocent pedestrian and tie him/her to the back of a plane makes it's a pretty criminal game. If this was to happen, then it would have been cool to expand more onto the experience. I believe the game would be awesome with multiplayer, more missions, more vehicles, more weapons, and more collectables. It's a guilty pleasure. I also heard The Wheelman also wasn't much too brag about (another racing and shooting game featuring a celebrity). Also, I have played The Simpsons Hit & Run years ago. I thought it was good, but it would have been better if I didn't play GTA VC just a little before I played this game.
