Problem with installation

I have a problem with installing GTA IV: EFLC. I just bought the game a few hours ago and now, when I try to install it, it reads the CD without a problem and goes to the first screen where it says welcome to GTA:EFLC.. and i click on Launch GTA: EFLC and nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks!
