ENB Series effect.txt Not Loading

Hey guys,

 

I am using GTA4 0.0.6.0 and ENB Series 0.82 and it is working fine. I am trying to get the "DKT70 Sharpen Filter" mod to work and I have been unsuccessful so far. The file is just a text file called "effect.txt" and I thought you are just suppose to put it in the same main directory as the ENB Series dll, but it is not loading or making any changes in game what so ever. I have also tried other effect.txt files and they never change anything in game either. Is there some trick to loading the effect.txt settings or something? I didn't see that the file name was anywhere in enbseries.ini. I am usually good at fixing GTA issues on my own, but this just seems not to work regardless where I put the file.
