Ryan Posted May 8, 2011 Share Posted May 8, 2011 So I just recently reinstalled GTA IV, and once it was done installing I updated to the latest patch (1.0.7.0) and the game doesn't work. I click play and absolutely nothing happens. It worked fine before, but now it doesn't. It's a retail copy of the game and I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
