my game will just freeze and crash when i go to chinatown to find stevie's bike

specs

 

intel i5 2500k

8gb 1600 ram

160gb hdd

win 7 ultimate 64

 

 

and i have car mods ,fuel mod, and simple trainer installed

One or more of those mods are causing the crash. Get rid of the mods and try again.
