Need help displaying text box

hi,

could somebody please give me a .FXT and a .CS which will add $60 to my players balance when i press F12 and display a text box in the top left hand corner of the screen that isn't obstructing the players view with about 4 lines of writing which i can edit if i want to ? i have been trying for a while to figure this out but no luck i'm afraid.

 

would anybody also mind giving me a quick explanation on how to do this myself so i don't have to keep asking around.
