Wolf68k Posted May 8, 2011 Share Posted May 8, 2011 You mean like the GTA cover art? There is a tutorial some where already on the forums, Really it's simple to do though. 1. Just create the main black background for how big you want the cover to be. 2. On each new layer create a white (any color really, just need some thing for contrast to the black) shape of the panel you want to be. Make sure they are spaced about 5-10 pixels from each other, just whatever size spacing you use for one edge you use the same for all of them. 3. The next best thing I would do is on a layer above each shape's layer you put the art work itself and then clip that layer to the shape's layer. (Hold ALT while the mouse is between the 2 layers or Layer->Create Clipping Mask ALT+CTRL+G) 4. Create the GTA logo or whatever game logo you want and place that as the top most layer.
