I'm going to be flushing out an injury mod, I got a good idea where I'm going to be taking it. I am curious though where the game handles when someone falls down dead. If its possible though memory editing it might just be possible to tweak and make them fall down at low health after which they can be finished off like in IV. If its not possible I'm going to try it the way I have in mind, its going to be a little clunky though.

If the npc health goes down to 0, put it back up and force him with a anim you like.
