Having Problems with ogg.dll

Hello, Well i just installed a torrent from thepiratebay.org

i downloaded gta san andreas... witch is about 3.91Gb

So, When i was done downloading Gta

i opened the file

i opened Gta_Sa.exe

Then, it said that "The Program can't start because ogg.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

Will you please help me fix or re-install the Ogg.dll

No support for pirated copies here. Buy the game and you won't have any issues.
