I don't know if this is the one, but it sure does look like him. @blitz. - No, he's brazilian. He has a brazilian accent (a Rio de Janeiro accent, to say the truth), not a portuguese accent. Radio Jack Posted May 10, 2011 Author Share Posted May 10, 2011 (edited) Thank you guys, I really appreciate your help on this, seems like you really know much, I adore that :3 Also funny enough he is a dealer yet again that is wearing a "ammunation" hoodie how random is that? haha When comes to accent with GTA4 you have to ignore such things because they did a somewhat bad job when it comes to that, they all have a really weird accent when they talk different languages. Example Niko Bellic is a Serbian/Russian guy I mean he lived there etc. but when he talks Serbian he sometimes if not all the times barely can be understood same goes for Russian and the other languages. They were "cheap" when it comes to voice acting and languages and that bugs me sometimes. I know what I am talking about because I understand Russian and Serbian as well. So basically what this drug dealer is I don't know one thing is for sure that is a immigrant and he is a thug so that's I guess a fact but the rest I guess need to be cracked through... Its so easy to find him, if youve unlocked Playboys apartment, all you need to do is go on the balcony and jump off the ledge the next apartment (just like what Playboy did in The Holland Play") Walk down the apartment stairs, on the second floor down there is a black guy and a guy who looks just like this ped, push him, and he starts talking in Portuguese! Dominicans are all around LC but get confused for Puerto Ricans. There's more Boricuas than Dominicano in LC, but Dominicans are real deep in Liberty City especially Uptown (Upper Algonquin and Bohan). The Dominicans in my game either rep DDD, Spanish Lord, or a newer Dominican gang called Filantropico which started in '09 for protection in prison. Dominicans are grimey as f*ck in my game, but disorganized as hell especially in jail. The Dominicans are the future for Latinos in Liberty City because Spanish Lords are falling off heavy.
