Derek 1873
Ok so, I pay 1200 MS points to get San Andreas back. It's took a hell of a long time to get to 1%, does anyone know how long it could take to download?
Girish
Depends on your internet speed, doesn't it? I hope you're not on a 56k modem.
Mak
average internet speed's are: 1mb/sec. : about 5 to 6 hours 10kb/sec. : better buy the game from a shop or wait for about 2 to 3 weeks
radioman
Just a heads up, but...you could have got the X-Box version a lot cheaper by buying the disc version, as for the price of the 1200 MS Points, you could have got the game cheaper-as the game is $14 for X-Box(that's what mine was from Wal-Mart.com), and the MS Points is $20 and here is proof. The Disc version is A LOT better anyway-especially on consoles, as you always have a copy of the game handy-whereas if you HD crashes, you will lose all your saves and games that have been downloaded. Just a friendly heads up/my 2 cents... Anyway, it shouldn't take that long, as pretty much everyone is on either DSL OR Cable internet now, which is pretty much the same exact price as the old dial up internet, so with those statistics, there should be no reason to have dial-up still. But, Here are the average download times, so at these rates, you should have no problems downloading games: as seen here for internet speeds for DSL/Cable. Why would people have dial-up now a days when DSL/Cable is pretty much the same price with faster speeds.?
