Oddsock
Is it dangerous? Can you get shot? LOL. You can get shot anywhere at any time baptiste, it's not as if he could take this job and suddenly be invincible to bullets. But I think you're asking whether he's in danger of getting shot. He's in a security position but come on, this isn't Action Movie Land, he's not going to be dodging bullets and jumping stunt ramps.

Anything is worth the experience, and even better if it pays the bills. Robinski
Also make sure to watch out for brainwashed businessmen/women who will attempt to rob you after successful conditioning from a British illusionist.
*MURDOC*
Hey guys, I was looking in to different employment opportunities pertaining to my field of study (criminal justice), and I noticed there is currently a company hiring in my area called G4S. The job is basically delivering money in an armored vehicle the way Brinks does. I thought it could be an interesting job, and a job I might enjoy. What do you guys think? A couple of things: 1) AT drivers are pretty much security guards. They both get six shooters and act like they're cops, but if you get the job please don't act like you have any semblance of authority outside of "drive truck, deliver money or wait in truck while other guy delivers money". 2) Every Brinks or GARDA drivers I've ever met that delivers money to my stores ATM seems to be kinda paranoid. And/or dicks. This is coming from someone who just completed a BS in Criminology/Crim Justice. You want to be a cop, be a cop. Nobody is going to look at your experience driving around money and be "hey this is just what we're looking for!" On a side note, one of those ATs got disabled and robbed here in St. Louis last year. The dudes got between 4-5 million. Oh god dude, anuj just summed up the exact reasons I left. The first guys I was working with were pretty decent, if a bit dim, but they didnt take themselves too seriously, which I liked. But after awhile they ended up being replaced by a few dudes with the mindset presented above, they always had their fingers on their triggers, and their heads on a swivel, you could tell they were the type of guys that took the job simply because they wanted to get robbed so they could legally blast someone. Not the kind of people I want to be in an enclosed box with all day.

At this point I think I'm either going to pursue policing or federal corrections.
