BarnsleyFc Posted April 18, 2011 Share Posted April 18, 2011 ! Fuel IN GTA 5 ! It would be a very good idea, to have re'fueling in Gta 5. Also adding realism. This is how it would work; There would be 20 petrols stations spreaded out, to top up to full tank cost; 500 dollars - that would get you to the other side of the map and back. If you was going to run out and no-where near a gas station, you could simply ring a contact your Cell-Phone, and get someone to re-fuel you with petrol can. This would add realism and would be really great. More features with it: Being able to get a petrol can and steal someones petrol to re-fuel you, and leave them lost in middle of no-where, would be really funny xD. Fuel price should be realistic, say $40 fills a normal tank and last ages. When you steal a car the nice cars always have near a full tank while the crappy ones are left with less than half at times. I admit it would make the gas stations more useful, although they can be fun to blow up as is. Make gas purchase in increments of $5 or a fill it up option. Make gas almost impossible to really run out of unless you are gunning to run it out. Otherwise it might cause lots of mission restarts and angry players. Be an unnecessary realism feature. Dude, 40 dollars ? Man, you get rich from doing missions, once you start earning 500 dollars isnt gonna be alot, atleast it something to spend your money on! At $500 a tank that goes nowhere I'd vote leave fuel out of it. Also usually by the time you cross a map you are almost out of car let alone fuel! The more I think about it the more useless it would be. Let the programmers make cool interiors and better game play features rather than a sputtering car you hardly car about anyway.
