It says something like edits the maximum sprint speed user teams can reach and it's set to 50% does that mean it's capping your speed? Wtf is it for? Can anyone confirm this? If true, that is ridiculous and I must say it completely ruins the game for me, because I only play online due to my lack of interest in playing against AI in the first place.. IT's true, you press select to control the keeper and when your players get the ball, press select again to control your players on the outfield. Agree that it shouldn't be on ranked matches, otherwise what is the point of learning Tatical Defending when the AI can do it for you and they would be better than most people out there. I'm playing as Gillingham (on amateur, it's my first Fifa game) and I'm going to try to get them to the Premiership. Mokrie Dela Posted October 3, 2011 Share Posted October 3, 2011 I created a team in 2002 called Burnside, as part of my ICT course (had to create a website and decided to create a fictional team, like DreamTeam ) I#ve had Burnside in PES since (fifa 2002&3 allowed you to have a made up team) and now they're back. The reason? They had money troubles and almost went bust, but now they're back in the footy league with sights set on the premiership where they once played. Got a career as Chelsea, asking who are half of these playerS( havnt been following footy much lately I'm gonna change that tho) and a BEGK mode with me and my local team with mates in it. I've got my own tunes in game, one team walks out to rise of the valkries, my team comes out to "gonna fly now" Can't wait to finish my Harchester United team though! I'm finding it WAY too easy to concede goals. i had a game where the CPU had a 100% hit record. EVery shot went in. I#ve fiddled with the sliders i mentioned earlier* and now the CPU misses more. I'm struggling with defending though - containing DOESNT do what i feel it should; block their fun and force the attacker out wide or to back track. I have more luck charging in and sliding/lunging, but when that fails i can garauntee a goal.... The game's good, and i have my custom team ready for career now**, the gameplay's fun and feels more like real football - except chiped through balls - they're too powerful, but that could be me (playing on manual settings) Sad to see they havn't changed Be a GK at all though - the CPU still doesn't shoot from outside the area, rather passes it for an eternity and tries to walk it in - i'm going to try to edit each team's tactics to make them shoot more and see if that works..... maybe sliders* will help there. Played clubs a bit and made some cracking saves, still very poor though * - the sliders seem to be simple enough: Each one edits the CPU's ability, such as capping/boosting the CPU's maximum sprint speed, shot power accuracy etc.... This has promise... ** for some reason my team lags the game like a bitch when it loads the crest. There's a good couple seconds delay.... Also beware of the Creation Centre: EA have a poor filter on it, blocking random things. Names like "Johnny" "Jason" "Steve" "Craig Junior" were considered profane. I got past it by putting the players as "J. <surname>" and no, that didn't work. But putting a full stop/period in front DOES! - ".Johnny Surname" Looks weird but i can live with it. Oh and the first game i played as Chelsea i got cech sent off First goal i scored was with my mate in my friend-filled local team, a shearer-esque header. I added a few made up players but most are taken from the website and episodes. Obi on loan from Inter and some other guy, a 19 year old CAM on a free transfer who's alright. I'm actually good at sticking with 1 career mode so i'll definately do the full 15 seasons. So I went to check and it is available for digital download Problem is, it's only for European store.
