We'll see how it goes and change anything we see fit for the 2nd season Looking forward to playing. oh, and i chose a 4-star team. let's play 4-stars and below this first round and see how we like it. Don't feel bad, it took me f*cking forever just find out how to create a league Go to Online Modes -> Custom Match -> Online League (you'll probably see an option to join a league there). Pretty sure Tommy is in England, and not sure where you're located Dnero, but my time zone is EST in the US. It'll be hard for me to get in games with you guys during the week as I'm working all day, but surely on the weekends we could get in our two games that the league requires of us. Is it usually like that when you play? A little too much for my liking, to be honest, but it was bearable for two games. I've found similar issues, and the best thing I've done to make sure this doesn't happen is not sprint as much unless your making a run through to goal. In 1v1 battles, it is definitely biased AI, their height is ideal for all-around performance according to FIFA, and are almost simply on-top in every battle. I've found gaining/maintaining possession, and having someone to move into pockets of space, every time the opposition presses, find you gaining movement upfront, and play little 1-2's with the front two, allowing a defender to press giving you a space/gap in the back line to run clean through onto a through ball, ahead of goal, you will probably score before they catch up, or sustain the pressure from them to either score or win a corner. Some of these players with AI cannot jump for sh*t, so crossing is a weakness for clubs. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Posted March 7, 2012 Share Posted March 7, 2012 I've just been playing this game for about 6 weeks now and must say I'm very much pleased with it. 11 was a disappointment for me but this edition feels fresh again and I, for the most part, really like what they've done with online ranked play. Looking forward to my first cup matches this weekend My only complaint about head-to-head seasons is the jersey selection seems to be a complete grab bag whether or not they'll be compatible with one another. When i started my career mode with Everton i decided to make a young squad as the default squad is quite aged. I'm in my 6th season now and boast a pretty frightening line up whilst all being aged around 16-24, that said i quite enjoy the youth squad thingy even if it is a bit bland, I've brought through atleast 3 youngsters each year so far who i think have a chance of making it in my team, i give them a season where they feature in all different types of matches, if they add to my already good team i keep them at the club and give them lots of football so they can develop, if they show potential but struggle against some teams i loan them out for a bit to see if they improve. Also the familiar bug for many of your savegame becoming corrupt is still there. My mate's game crashed on start up and he's lost his game save data - all his career etc, gone. I told him to take the game back. As much as i liked the look of the demo i will not be buying this game, unless there's a mass clearout sale in game and they'd selling that (along with the sexy redhead girl who's probably lost her job now) for a fiver. Incidently when the game was released it had terrible lag with custom team crests. This was actually fixed. Now recently that lag has returned. EA have actually undone a fix. The game will crash on start up and even deleting ugc/redownloading teams will not work. They've also "disabled" my paid for CC content. Im actually surprised, and very, very pissed off. EDIT 1 - if anyone else is having problems: report EA to the authorities - trading standards, watchdog etc. EDIT 2 sorry for double post. Was so pissed off last night i just clicked post.
