Nah the game will crash on DEC 25 - there's never football on that day! He'll probably just say "christmas season" or whatever. Nice touch, shame they can't iron out the bugs. Talking of bugs, anyone having problems with creation centre teams? Like them being corrupt? So anyone having problems with their Creation centre teams? THE PROBLEM: Loading team management will show the formation as having several goalkeepers on pitch, these players will not have their names displayed and may have crazy stats (-2100 for example). They also may all be number 10. Playing a game with this team may cause players to be missing, or crash the game. Also, you may be unable to delete the team. Un bookmarking them and deleting them will work until you next load the game- then they'll be back. THE CAUSE: I believe the cause is a corrupted file, caused by errors while loading/saving to and from the file, or simply loading/saving alot. THE FIX: This is the way i fixed it. I'm confident it'll work for all you guys. Unbookmark EVERYTHING - or at least every team. Load up Fifa 12 and go to Creation Centre. Delete everything and they'll disappear from the list. Reset your squads. This may not be nesassary, and you can back up your squads if you want. QUIT FIFA, go to the dashboard (Xbox 360). Locate the files of FIFA. On xbox this is through memory settings (where you go to delete things) Locate the file 'UGC data' Or something like it. It will likely be near the bottom of the list, it will have U G C in the filename.Delete this file. This is where all creation centre (User Generated Content) is store and it is this file that is the problem i think. Load up Creation Centre on the web REbookmark your teams etc. Load up fifa and redownload your teams. They should now be working. This worked for me, without having to edit or re make every team on the web. I hope this helps some people. I know i mentioned this problem to 02fisher as his yardies team appeared to cause it. I don't think there's anything wrong with his team, but i suggest anyone who downloads CC teams back up the UGC file first. As said, the problem appears to be the FILE - same problem Fallout has. I was playing offline with FC Yardies yesterday without any issues. that is correct. The problem appears to lie in the "UGC" File, stored on the XBOX360/PS3 Harddrive. I think it's the same problem that Fallout has with autosave - constant writing to the file (or errors while writing) cause it to become corrupt. BAcking up the file onto a USB stick may avoid this, but the problem doesn't appear to be on the website, so your Yardies team *should* be fine. I however will not download any more teams for a while (i have what i want now, and won't risk having to delete/redownload again) so to clarify, the corruption occurs ON THE CONSOLE of the RECIPITANT of the file, NOT the distributor. So, fisher, i don't believe any action is required on your part as the problem lies not in your yardies team like i first suspected. The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing. TAking control of my local team and dumped me and my mates in there (kinda little fantasy trip). First season went well, till errors made me restart it and 2nd season, game ending crash and had to restart. Current season though, started poorly, dropped immediately to relegation zone. Then managed to hover around 18th. Nice climb's seeing my team at 9th (won a game last night so it might be 8th). Playoffs are my target. Have to control entire team (be a gk mode) cos the AI is so rediculously sh*t. Another save has my created "Burnside Athletic" team, and they're doing well. They'll easily climb to the prem in 3/4 seasons i think. Have save with Harcehster UTD but that's more for novelty then anything. Also save inside the "Sprunk cup" which i created, featuring teams from both GTA III and GTA IV's universe. That's put aside for now as i plan to add a V era Los Santos team to it! I'm so nerdy! haha ISSUES: The AI in this game is REALLY crap. The management AI is non existant. CONSTANTLY making bad subs - 1-0 in 70th minute and he takes off the goalscorer (who ended as MOTM). Another player never gets played, and has requested a loan only for it to be ignored. CLUBS - HUGE issues with 2 things - 1 "Any" you're playing a game mode originally marketed as 10V10/11V11 - you play as ONE player in a TEAM, why the f*ck are you ANY!? Funny when we cream ANYs though. Cant be fun for his mates. the second issue is the lay off goal - a player's in a shooting position, SHOOT DAMMIT! why the f*ck do they always pass - my mate will quit INSTANTLY with a nice message. Also quitters - someone we played a game and they quit in the 89th minute, when we scored. don't they realise that counts as a loss? I wish EA would improve the AI globally, especially in clubs to PREVENT the lay-off drop goal, get rid of the option of "any" in clubs and be a pro etc. They have however fixed the Creation Centre team's lag - I almost fainted when i realised that. They Fixed something! In truth, Fifa's a brilliant game, but it's flaws massively hinder the game play I also hate the drop ball feature. It's backwards. There should isntead be a "kick the ball out" - perhaps both. If the ref stops play, the drop ball should be won by the non injured team, who give the ball back. The way it is atm, the injured team lose possession. the ai should detect the injury and put it out of play. As a result, the other team will take the throw/gk and give it back to the other team. As good as fifa 12 can be, it's still a broken game. People are still having problem with UT (i have no interest WHATSOEVER in that) and online etc. The online creation centre is still f*cked up for people with an EA ID and a previous account - preventing people from deleting teams/players. ATM the game seems to be working fine at least, but the actual fun in this game can only be had when playing on Proffessional, World class or LEgendary (not a massive feat when you can tweak the sliders). The AI is just so poor, esp in be a GK, it's unbelievable Also I miss the promotion system that allowed your pro to become captain and have access to team management - that is MASSIVELY needed in B.E.P. but i do not want to be player manager. Strange, I've been doing loads of successful slides, it's all about timing and positioning - and having a good player to do it with The nature of slides tho, many are fouls. Slides are usually a last resort, tho FIFA 12 seems to make it more realistic Shame the AI sucks in every possible part of the game... Mokrie Dela Posted December 29, 2011 Share Posted December 29, 2011 (edited) Anyone got tips on boosting Team Morale? half my players are in the red, most in orange, few in yellow one 2 in green - barely. we're 8th in the league - pretty damned good for a team who's enjoying their first season EVER in leage 1, not bad WDL record, average about 2 goals per game, with a few 5-1-esque victories under our belts. There's no reason for the morale to be so low, and i can't get it up - winning games does NOTHING, scoring does very little, and playing a player only shifts it a tiny amount, then it goes back down. Am i missing something? Or have EA f*cked up once again? On another note, players don't seem to be growing at all - the menus/stats say they are (green +3 or something next to their default stat) but no difference in game! Well if somebody else is a team like Barca then I see nothing wrong with going Madrid but if somebody else has selected a 4 star team then obviously you should go a 4 star team too.
