If I understood correctly, he wants the game to be playable from the USB drive. If he zips the files, he might not be able to run the game. @abroun: Install the game directly to the USB drive and de-select radio during installation. It will cut down the size of the game considerably, but I'm not sure if it will still fit inside a 2 GB drive. Give it a shot and let us know. The use of no-CD cracks voids the end user license agreement in all manner of ways. And while this can be challenged in courts and that has been done in the past the general consensus is that you are voiding your warranty and illegally modifying the games content. Distributing your cracks really does take it to a whole new level but as far as no-CD cracks go the forums will always see them as warez because it is near impossible to prove that the games copy is actually yours and not one which you have illegally downloaded. Just a heads up from your friendly Law Enforcement officer. But, on topic-Just get an 8GB flash drive-they are less than $20 now a days-heck I just bought 2 on Wal-Mart.com for $20. So, that is more than enough for a SA install, since the game is only a little over 4GB. You won't be able to use saves though, as the saves automatically go to the User Files Folder in Documents(Vista and 7)/My Documents(XP) on the PC used to play the game, so you will have to back up your save to your flash drive and start a new game on each PC used on(to get the user Files Folder, where you can put your save in to load and play it).
