sd13killer
Theres three I think. From algonquin to Alderney there is a huge one. There is a smallish one in Bohan somewhere, near the center as well as another very small one coming into the airport.
Hmmm nice bike
Yes, there is a road tunnel in GTA IV, the Booth Tunnel. Here are its entrances marked on the map. And, as the other poster mentioned, there is a much smaller tunnel in Broker/Dukes, but I forget the location of that one.

DoubleOGJohnson
Booth Tunnel is awful. You can expect to get bogged down if you use that tunnel.
AlexGTAGamer
Do you mean road tunnels or train tunnels?
XDreadTheRedX
Like OG said, it's always packed full and hard to get around cars cause there's hardly any room. I'll use it sometimes but I mainly just use the bridges.
YankeesPwnMets
The Hickey Bridge, helicopters or boats are usually better options then to use the Booth Tunnel

Carbonox
The Booth Tunnel is easy to use if one wallrides through it. It's harder to wallride at the first turn when coming from the Algonquin side, but definitely possible.
Docfaustino
Castle Tunnel going down through Castle Gardens (Battery Park). It's nothing impressive, but interesting no doubt. It's classified as a street, although arguably it might have been intended as its own district, as roadsigns point to it (the only street in the game that gets this treatment.) Also it's referenced a few times in place of Castle Gardens. There's a tunnel down on the stretch of underground that hugs the water on the easternmost side of Algonquin, running from Hatton Gardens to Presidents City I think. The whole area is very confusing though. It's the place where the mission "Shifting Weight" ends in TLAD. Also check the airport tunnel that leads from Francis International up to northern Dukes. Oh and check Little Bay, Bohan as well for another tunnel. Easternmost Bohan.
