Roman's Car Service issue / activities

Hey guys

 

I achieved the minimum like stat required to get Roman's car service. I did get the service, until of course, the cab depot was burned down. As I played the game, Roman called and told me that insurance covered the depot, and that he is back in business, however, I still do not get car service. Not only i rely on the taxi to save time, but I also want to complete the game 100%. Any ideas? Suggestions?

 

I'd also like to ask if I take out my friends for activities, do they have to like that activity in order to acheve 100%?

they have to say something like "can u take me to my home?" and then u can achieve more % for that friend if u succeed in taking him to home

 

 

if u want to complete the hundred percent it isn't necessary to have 100 with roman but with the other guys yeah
