DamageIncM Posted April 25, 2011 Share Posted April 25, 2011 Yeah, you can just use the Motioninjoy-software as mentioned before. And yes, use the X360-mode in that software to make it function in GTAIV. Because, probably because of a thing between Rockstar and Microsoft, it will only support that controller. As it's actually an X360-game too, which would also make sense it expects such a controller. And it explains why mouse and keyboard doesn't work AS well, especially for vehicles and such, and also explains why the PS3-controller works perfectly fine, even pretending to be an X360-controller. I've done this and the only issue I found is that I have to reset the controller every time to use with the PS3 again. And sometimes an issue with getting it to work on the PC every time too, but it DOES work. For the people wondering why I wouldn't just get it on the PS3 then: I prefer quality in graphics, and also performance compared to having to run such a game on a console. xcaliber81 Posted May 2, 2011 Share Posted May 2, 2011 i dont know man i used to knock consoles until i got a ps3 for Christmas and it looks just as good on the ps3 as it does on pc at least for me if i had a better tv i wouldn't notice any difference at all and i dont have to screw around with getting a ps3 controller to work on a pc, i just went and bought a 360 wired controller cause i find it is more comfortable than ps3 but thats just my 2 cents Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
