If you're going for 100%, you'll need to finish Zero's missions! Saved at The Johnson House. Enjoy the rest of the game! Let me show you a nice tool which will help you in finishing San Andreas 100%. It will tell you each tag / snap shot / horseshoe / oyster location. Also, all the side stuff that you need to do. It was made back in 2005. It's called SAMA (San Andreas Mission Analyzer). There's a topic about it here on GTAForums, located here. However, if you want a direct download, click here. Simply put the SAMA.exe file in your main GTA San Andreas directory than start the game, and enter a save game. After that, press Alt+Tab and refresh the tool so it can analyze the save file you are playing. Just experiment yourself until it works! Anyway, I've taken two pictures with the last gang tag location. Seems like it was in Glen Park. The first picture shows you the tag, and where it is located - under the Glen Park bridge, next to the lake. And the second picture shows you where SAMA has detected it, I surrounded it with WHITE.
