Exxon
The ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5165 ain't such a powerful gaming card, maybe that's why.
monster875.
as i know, then Mobility cards is crap, i got a ATI Mobility Radeon HD5470, and that doesn't meet the minimum requirements, so u should get a new card btw, r that CPU a dual core, triple core or quad core? Girish
btw, r that CPU a dual core, triple core or quad core? It's a dual core processor running 4 threads. The 430M is an entry level i5 processor, so one cannot expect too great a performance out of it. Not to mention, the 5165 is not a gaming graphics card. The OP's system might seem to meet the recommended requirements on paper, but in reality, the game will run badly on medium/high settings.

It Runs Alright On The medium settings but not so much high. we dont have a wide range of graphic cards here anyway. it use to be able to do it. and i have made alot of videos... what coud be the problem?..... Girish
This is not the right place to ask about modding related issues. You'll get much better help in the modding forums. If you're using aru's Script Hook, try posting in his topic here - http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=390582
