Joaftheloaf Posted March 24, 2011 Share Posted March 24, 2011 I own GTA IV on PS3 and completely played it all the way though before with zero problems about 2 years ago. I felt like playing it again though but some weird thing are happening that basically make the game unplayable. Sometimes the game likes to freeze for about 3 seconds and then loops the sound that was playing while it was frozen until I quit the game. This happens at random times during playing it and gets really annoying. Also when I press the start button the screen will sometimes remain black for about 5 minutes and then show the map and the other stuff. And finally when I change the radio station to certain station such as LCHC the station goes quiet and then weird things start happening. Niko constantly tries to look at his phone even if its not out. Also textures stop loading and the game eventually freezes the whole PS3 to the point where I have to cut power from it. I've tried deleting all save game files, game data, turning off internet and none of it seems to help. All of my other games work perfectly on my PS3, so I know it's not the console. Please help!!!!
