I most of the time (after having maxed out the money count) cause trouble and get into police chases, using the rhino, or a car with 5 or 6 star wanted level. radioman Posted March 25, 2011 Share Posted March 25, 2011 I do side missions, and buy safe houses. You have to buy the safe houses in order to get 100%, so that part is already done. About the side missions, those too must be done to get 100%, so the only thing you can do after 100% on those is to try and beat your previous score/record. I usually do Vigalante over and try to see how high I can get and see how many different ways I can eliminate the criminals-it is a lot easier this time around since you get unlimited ammo for all weapons and increased health and armor to 200/200. Also, since the vehicles are supposed to also have increased health, you should be able to create more mayhem in the city with the same vehicle. You can redo the races but those are (most of the time) best done on the super angel-- which you only get in the mitch baker story "alloy wheels of steel" Superjumps-- definitely an advantage having double vehicle health.... Killing/vigilante records--- Go for God Father criminal ranking---- this is quite a chore and can take months... Although my percentage is around 70 percent, I mainly stick to role-playing and seeing what kind of dialogue the developers added to the NPCs.
