Xbox 360 NAT type strict

My xbox has worked fine online for years, then a few months ago I noticed I couldn't play online as the NAT type was strict. I didn't know why as I had the required ports open on my router.

 

Anyway, I had a look online and it said to "Assign the public IP address of a connection to a LAN device", which I did and this fixed the problem...

 

Until now! Just looked on my xbox and again it says NAT type strict and I can't play online!? Any ideas...?
