Xbox 360 transferring DL content

Okay i have had this problem for almost a year now and i thought i would ask on here and see if somebody can help me out.

 

I have One profile which is on xbox live called nuthin speshal

My young Cousin has messed this profile up for me by getting me banned from getting achievements.

 

So i have created another profile which is not yet on xbox live.

On my profile nuthin speshal i have downloaded maps for cod and an avatar costume (i got the special edition set)

 

When i get xbox live on my new profile is there anyway i can transfer those downloaded maps from nuthin speshal to the new profile,

and then i can delete the nuthin speshal account?

How is it even possible to stop making your first account not getting achievements any more? Do you mean he's actually gotten your account banned from being on Live? If so then I always thought you could just play off-line and still get your achievements they just wouldn't be time stamped.

 

As for having your COD map packs/avatar outfit on your new account I don't think its possible since it will be a brand new account. I'm not 100% certain on this though, so honestly your best bet would to be actually go onto the Xbox.com website and look for some answers yourself. If you can't find anything, maybe drop Microsoft an email or give them a call. But I'm pretty sure that everything you've gotten with your first Gamer tag will not be able to be transferred if you get a new account.

Yeah, sorry forgot to explain more.

He got my account banned and it lets me get achievements for new games but doesnt let me get them for all the games i own alreay.

 

I have checked out xbox.com and the only thing there is a DL content transfer tool but its just for changing the license from one xbox to another, not profile to profile.

 

I was thinking of moving the map packs and avatar costume onto my External Hard drive and then copy it over to my new profile.

If that doesn't work then i think im just gunna delete it and give up.

The only reason I don't see it working is just because your changing to a new gamer tag on your own accord. Its not like your just renaming your old account (which you obviously can't if he banned it) So I don't see why the transfer would allow you to play the map packs when you are on a new account. I know you obviously still own them in a sense but still, that's the way MS have made it. So people obviously have to buy them again if they have a new gamer tag.
