It has a lot to do with the 'streets' but by that I mean like drug deals and illegal stuff. It's mainly Mafia as the character is the enforcer of the Pegorino Crime thing. He's a dimwitted associate of the mafia, not even a legitimate mobster. He's just Phil's nephew so they figured they could use him to look after a truck, and even that he couldn't do right. You have just stated that in your headline that you are looking for a ideas for a good name for a third GTA IV DLC set in the ghetto. By "ghetto", one would think that you mean the poor, mostly ethnic minority neighbourhoods, public housing projects, drugs and street gangs (eg. typically African-American ones). Now you are talking about an Italian-American mafioso protagonist, and Mafia crime families. I really don't see how you are gonna tie those themes in with a DLC title that symbolizes the gritty, ghetto, street scene. The Italian-American Mafia have long graduated from street gang status to elevating themselves to status of a powerful, international criminal organization at the highest level a very long time ago. I'm not sayin that the Mafia have no ties to the streets, I'm sure they still do, but I really don't think its appropriate to place heavy emphasis on street stuff when using them for a DLC.
