D TeK Posted March 20, 2011 Share Posted March 20, 2011 Hi, I'm new here and I need some help. I am trying to start work on a GTA 360 zombie mod. I have a tool to extract and inject texture maps and some other ped related tools. My plan is to swap animation files on the disk so that the peds standard walk animation is replaced with one that looks more like a zombie walk. Some of the peds look like zombies once you have shot them but not killed them. I'm a photoshop pro so editing the textures quickly will not be a problem. Do you think this will work? I would like to know how to see the files on the GTA iso I downloaded. I mounted the iso but I could only see the audio and video folders. It is considered illegal towards Microsoft's ToS (Terms of Service) and hence why it is not to be discussed here in any way shape or form. Just get the PC version and do it legally on that. XTREME0235 Posted March 20, 2011 Share Posted March 20, 2011 The PC version of GTA IV/EFLC is the only way your going to be able to do it without being flamed at for modding as oppose to modding on the Xbox 360 where you will get flamed at, reported and possibly suspended if not banned from Xbox LIVE. I do not know of any other good, popular GTA sites. GTAForums.com is the biggest GTA fan site in the world, I'm not even sure you would call it a fan site to be honest. I have been in many modded games and no one gets reported or banned. My mod would not be used in ranked games and it wouldn't even have to be used online. This might be the big GTA site but as it won't offer what I need it is far from the best for me. I guess I'm off to delete this account and to find another GTA site. I have found a few tools and a fair amount of information regarding how to mod the 360 GTA on this site. I don't want to mod to cheat. I want to mod and kill zombie peds.
