RS had factions that where risen because of the radiation. in Rs russia shooted a radiation bomb but it exploded in the air and after a while the radiation cloud reached SA in RS sa is a total wastland to. in Rs the triangle wants to domita SA and the Global Defence wants to secure it and safe it.
