Toup
ET wolfenstein is an fps that's set in WWII and that came out around 2003, you can download it for free. I started playing this game around 2006 and still haven't stoped, it's a great and fun game plus it's free. The graphics aren't the best and it's nothing like Cod and everything that people play nowadays, it's basic and it's not dead, people still play it regularly. Not millions of people but there is an enough amount of players. It's not realy popular. You can imagine it like a kind of Counter-Strike game, but personally, i like ET better. If anyone wants to give it a try just google 'ET wolfenstein download'. If you have any problem or question just ask. Here is a video, one of the best players: There are two teams, the allies and the axis, there are over hundreds of maps in wich normaly a team tries to complete objective (stealing documents, destroying objective) while the other team has to defend it. You can choose between 5 classes : Medic, Engineer, Field ops, Covert ops and Soldier. -Medics are equiped with needles to revive team mates, health packs to heal team mates or themselves, grenades and the default SMG ( Mp40s for Axis, Thompsons for Allies) They usualy have less ammo than the other classes. -Engineers have dynamites to destroy the objective, mines to plant, many grenades and can choose between a rifle grenade or the default SMG. -Field ops are equiped with ammo packs to supply team mates or themselves, they can call in artellery and airstrike, they have the default SMG and grenades. -Covert ops can disguise themselves if they find an enemy body, they have smoke bombs, grenades and they can choose between a sniper, a silenced gun called sten and a machine gun. -Soldiers have the big guns : Flamethrower, Panzer/Bazooka, mortar, and machine guns. They have as all the other classes, grenades. All the classes have a pistol (Axis have the lugger and Allies the colt) and a knife. There are also many mods, for example : There is a mod called Etpro that is pretty much "realistic" if we can use that word, you can't double jump, and the enemy dies faster. In other mod called noquarter, you can double jump and it takes more shots to kill the other players. There are many things that i didn't explain, if you want more info check the wiki page . http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolfenstein:_Enemy_Territory (it might not be updated) If you decide to give this game a try i can tell you the server i usually play on. Ps: Sorry for my incorrect english. Edited March 19, 2011 by Toup
Rebel
I used to play alot in '04 until about '06 I think. However I played on the very first release patch since I also got the actual game along with the ET version, so once that patch died out I tried out some newer patches but it just didn't really feel the same. Especially since my clan kind of broke up once our patch got deserted. Still I think its a fantastic game and I still have it installed on my PC. You don't half get some medic whores though - especially when all of the Axis team went medic (before we had a limit on server) so Allies would get their ass handed to them even though they actually had engineers. There normaly is a limit for players classes, otherwise it's almost impossible. :>

FullMetal
Probably played it to death... especially on servers with increased ranks and speciality trees and where the stats got saved. Awesome times, still needs a decent WW2 remake though (unlike their 'Quake' ET).
WF the Hobgoblin
I used to play it years ago. Thought it was really good and ended up playing it a lot more than RTCW's multiplayer. Didn't really think people still played it though.
