Yes, I second this. I actually just came here to tell you all this idea and I saw this post. This is one of those things that would be very little work for Rockstar to add, yet they simply will not for no obvious reason. All of the car dealerships we have seen are just lots with cars that vary according to the time of day. It would be awesome to have dealership lots full of brand new cars to use whenever we want. And the cars could keep spawning so that we could even destroy them all but come back and they're still there!

This is GRAND THEFT AUTO not CAR BUYERS CITY. While I agree that some cars should ONLY be in car dealerships, you should of course, be given the option of buying it or (my way) stealing it (after I shot everyone. preferably with a silenced weapon and without witnesses so that no one calls the cops :3 ). It's a video game where you get to do all the things you're not allowed to do in real life. Thats why there's no 'Dealerships'.

My only real wish is for Silenced weapons to really work this time! I mean the MGS series pulls it off quite nicely, GTA? Might be a hard but not impossible.

For me i'd like to see in terms of mostly MP free mode:

 

Ability to stream a pandora radio or last.fm, it may sound bonkers but if you think about how many times you get in a car and right away turn off the radio or change it...

 

Free Mode options to turn it to a riot mode or zombie mode (like previously stated.) However zombie mode should be open world style instead. [Ok its you and ipwnnoobs22 and 14 other randoms, 4 are barricaded in the 15th floor at 13302 S. Main st. You can save them from the undead or not.] Helicopters and cars are on limited fuel and the stations are non op. Electricity is slim to none and it is up to you to control fire for light. Barricade yourself on the pier and set up guards. This idea comes from watching Dawn of the Dead, The walking dead, the colony.... GTA Zombie mode could be a L4D and Dead Rising killer due to open world real world style zombie gameplay. but thats just me.

 

[like said before] Gang Wars. You and 3 friends start on release day and cause havoc of sorts to earn respect as a crew. The more respect, the more recruits. You can customize your initiations, colors, cars, name, ethnic backgrounds, favorite guns and tags. Use these to take over specific areas (eg. the downtown esses, or the dirt road rednecks) Even big business can play a part by teaming up with gangs and vice versa, gangs provide protection or dirty work, corrupt corporations (we can use Spank of America) team up with the 818 Elsos and S of A will provide weaponry and money if the job is finished. This could provide one of the most open world game modes

 

Other things like: Ability to tow vehicles and trailers, Carry vehicles on a car transport, Option to smuggle people in the back of a semi or trunk of a car to keep from being found by other people/cops, car customization in free mode, more interiors, ability to buy a house that you can stay in without anyone really knowing where you are. Put people in clans or parties so they can always see where they are even if hidden. more large ships or yachts if possible. Cars can carry people depending on seats, not doors. (cant figure out why a full size bus seats 3 passengers.) base jumping, much higher ceiling, more aircraft, 1st person views especially if you are a passenger in a car. Aircraft you should be able to walk inside of. The shamal you can stand, walk, sit, look through the cockpit... etc.

Speaking of throwable objects, I remember in GTA IV where you have that mission that had you pick up some loose bricks and throw them through the store window.

 

Well, after that, was it possible to pick up loose objects? I never played a mission where you did that.

 

Was that brick pile the only place and could you even grab something off that once the mission was over?

Here's the things I really really would want.

 

- Much Much MUCH Much intelligent AI. I want the cops to be much smarter, to make more epic getaways

 

- Fix the cop spawn in Free Mode. Okay when I played Free Mode I love to get 6 stars with 3 other of my friends... You'd think we'd have cops SWARMING all around us? Nope. Sometime's they are NO WHERE NEAR us.

 

- Gang Wars and Zombie Mode. If this can't be on the disc due to data restrictions, I hope they make it into a DLC like they did with RDR. VLongo92 explained both of these perfectly. You can see it about 2 to 3 posts up.

 

- I'd like to see LA traffic and LA pedestrians. What do I mean by that? Much more of them, I want the city to be ALIVE and buzzing with activity.... especially in multiplayer. In IV there were almost times where there was NOTHING in the vicinity, and Star Junction ( The Heart and Soul of NYC ) was not densely populated, which it should.

 

- Hopefully 1 or 2 more cities... not the size of LV or SF... but at least the size of Alderney in IV. Possibly in the countryside... OR a bridge FROM the countryside to more land and that is where the cities are Longshot though.

 

- Player customization! San Andreas player customization should be back, tattoos, clothes, PIERCINGS, barber shop etc etc but the hair part will be limited, maybe after a certain amount of time your hair grows? Another longshot.

 

- CAR CUSTOMIZATION! Low Riders and Tuners

 

- Easter Eggs.. ANYTHING that has ANY of the past characters on them.. Anything, it could even be a piece of paper that has CJ's signature on it, I'd still be amused. As for the big things.. I'm hoping for something like a mural of Grove Street Families somewhere in South Central Los Santos...

 

- Places where you can buy cars.. Even in multiplayer. It annoyed me that there were some cars in Singleplayer that you COULD NOT get in multiplayer. I searched the city high and low for a car in IV and did not find it.

 

- A Protagonist that is NOT over 50 . There has been a rumor/leak saying that old guy looking over the city is the Protag, I don't believe it is, but I have a feeling it might be right . Honestly I hope and pray we do not play as him. Why? Because look at all of the other characters in GTA. Claude, Tommy, CJ, Tony Cipriani, Vic Vance, Niko Bellic, Luis Lopez, Johnny Klebitz were all YOUNG, and most of the GTA players are in their teens to their 40s.

 

- Minigames (Basketball, Bowling, Darts, POOL, Shooting ranges, HUNTING, HIKING etc etc.) It's these games that make sure the player is amused...

 

- Some gang involvement. I want there to be SOME gang involvement in V. It doesn't have to play a major role in the storyline.

 

- At least one past character coming in... I know I know. The III era is dead.. supposedly. The one guy I want to come back is Sweet from the III era. I don't know why, but I just want him back. And multiple from IV that I want to see in V. Luis Lopez, Packie, and Tony! Where did Tony go after TBoGT? I forget.

 

- At least two songs of your prefrence. It doesn't matter how many songs I get to put on a custom user player, I just wanna hear one song constantly playing on my radio station. California Love by 2pac, it's LA after all .

 

- LONG. ASS. FUN. STORYLINE. I can't stress it enough. After Algonquin the story in IV wasn't really that fun. You didn't learn ANYTHING. I hope you don't learn everything you need to know about in the beginning of V, that wasn't really fun.. I hope it's a learning experience ALL THROUGHOUT the game, and the storyline has to be at least 90-120 missions, I like those long complex storylines, not those short fun ones, TBoGT is an exception.

 

- More Guns!

 

- Co-Op storyline! Another DLC probable... Its a longshot though.

 

- Lastly, for Online multiplayer, I want everything from singleplayer to carry over. Everything.

I got 1 better & i think it could fit ,Well it will have to fit inside the mountain & no im not thinking of thunder birds r go,. im thinking of Mines A flippn network of mines ....oh my god the Multi-player car races in there hahaha. Back to my point how Epic would it be the ride a lil train cart down the mines then do a mission in it find heaps of cool stuff hear strange sounds here the mine Make sounds.

 

Or even as well have it's own water exit ,but to go out on it you have to ride it out like a water slide.

I Swear we should be Employees of ~~~~~ Better see this.

Driving mechanics were GREAT in IV...Drifting needs work...The fast RWD cars sould drift better...Loved the Feltzer!

 

2. Car/Bike modding

 

Harder/Softer and/or Higher/Lower suspensions

Turbo and Nitro availiable for all cars! If not, more Sultan RS type cars!

Different excausts for different sport sounds!

 

3. More RARE cars like Futo GT and Sentinel RS, and those cars being faster than their standard editions.

 

4. More Interiors! Police stations, Hospitals, Jails (and a break out mission), Companies, Houses for rob, Malls, Clubs, Army, Banks (availiable to rob but being VERY difficult)

 

5. Driving/Flight/Shooting school (deeper than SA)

 

6. Hot Coffee ON !!! I dont understand how this is illegal and its legal killing people. Come on this is a GAME !!!

 

7. GAMBLING!...Casinos, Poker, Horses, Dogs, Chickens (ok i m kidding for the last two)

 

8. F1 Race, Moto GP Race, Nascar Race, Dirt Race, Offroad race!

 

9. Car damaging at IV was GOOD, but it can be better and more realistic, so it forces you to drive more carefully!

Weapons - HK416 would be nice, and molotov cocktails should return

Vehicles - I really miss the Hunter, they should make the Apache heli return (or better yet, put in a Comanche) - was fun doing vigilante missions or causing random havoc with.

Side-missions like vigilante, ambulance, taxi etc.. fun way to learn the map, and they could give you perks like a painkiller, bribe etc at safe-houses.

Fingerless gloves... just so people can stop complaining about it.

Good idea. with the GTA4 and LA Noire rendering engine, it should be possible to make some really nice looking houses and estates. I am hoping they do this for Los Santos with a couple of modern fancy places you can buy (for example be able to walk around a somewhat realistic interior of the Stahl House in the Vienwood hills that was the last LA safehouse you could buy in Los Santos. Having the Hearst estate in the game would be a great example of a destination out in the country.

Ability to buy a whole lot more things like vehicles. We always have so much money but nothing to really spend it on

 

A in-game website where you can download skins, outfits, and cars made by other people for the Xbox 360, and Ps3 version

 

Calling the cops to actually do their job. not to just come, stare, then drive away

 

Finding lots of unique weapons/clothing/gadgets around the map. Makes exploration more fun

 

Car accidents appear around the city. That can result in traffic jams

 

new radio stations and new clubs that are open 24/7

 

Random parties at houses you can attend

 

Falling snow and seasons cycle

 

More variety of weapons

Smarter and more active AI. We need more random events, more police chases (not initiated by you lol), angry mobbs, homeless people attacking pedestrians, car explosion, vandalism, ect. Its understandable that they couldn't pull that off in sophisticated and civilized Liberty City, but we're talking about Los Santos, an urban wilderness.

MINESHAFTS - Lots of active and abandoned mines to explore, and mine carts to ride. Can find gold, silver and many other valuables.

 

NATURAL DISASTERS - Earthquakes, cyclones, volcanoes, tsunamis, lightning, fires, landslides, tempest storms

 

GRAVE DIGGING - Exhuming corpses, and robbing graves.

 

SPORTS TEAMS - Can select sports teams in game and bet on them, even watch them. (Soccer, Baseball & Basketball)

 

ANIMALS - Even insects and spiders.

 

3 games in 1 city - Choose from 3 different protagonists, each on a different quest. While the map remains the same, the people, stories and worlds differ.

 

HUMAN FUNCTIONS - Bathing, sh*tting, pissing, shaving. I don't mean like the sims but eating too much should cause the protag to wanna take a dump. And if you leave your character alone for 5 mins he takes a piss. If he doesnt wash or shave he just gets told he stinks and looks like a pedo.

 

BIG BOMBS - I wanna take a building down.

 

WRECKABLE ENVIRONMENT - I wanna smash sh*t up and watch as the people have to rebuild/repair, and then wreck it again.

 

WITNESSES - If people see you doing sh*t, sometimes some of 'em will call the cops. If you're quick enough you can shut 'em up, either with money, threatening violence, or icing them.

 

KIDNAPPING / ABDUCTING - I wanna be able to kidnap people either hold them for ransom or, take 'em back to my torture chamber and be able to torture and mutilate them and have a stash of bodies in my cellar.

 

NO ENDLESS OCEANS - Instead of flying or sailing out to sea infinetly, a hurricaine should be sweeping the perimeter so either your plane falls out of the sky or your boat capsizes. The oceans currents then just wash you back in.

 

BIGGER MAP - Yeah, state the obvious I know but, I mean 10 times the size of LAN and RDR.

 

SEWERAGE SYSTEM - Sewers to hide in and explore.

 

TIGHT ROPE CABLES - To tight rope walk between buildings.

 

HOT AIR BALLONS - Just to drift around in and slowly absorb the sights.

 

DRIVEABLE TRAINS - From driver view.

 

OPTIONAL SIDEMISSIONS (With reward) - Every side mission from predocessors aswell as, fighting, hunting, golf, table-tennis, chess, beach volleyball, searching for bodies, trash collector, dog catcher, most wanted, busting out prisoners from jail, selling drugs, fishing, DJ parties, scuba dive, help homeless, performs hits, recruit street performers, busking (juggling, firebreathing, knife throwing), crop stealing, rustling, rockclimbing, base jumping, surfing, russian roulette

 

EXTREME GHORE - I really wanna be able to mutilate someone and crush their bones.

 

MORE GAMBLING - GNILBMAG EROM

 

TOTALLY INTERACTIVE ENVIRONMENT - One where the laws of physics don't break down. Every action has a reaction.

 

 

Now before you come at me and say 'there is no way they could fit all that into GTA V, wait for GTA X', this is a wishlist remember and these are just my wishes.

About the website thing, while I couldn't see them adding it cause of MS/Sony restrictions, that is a brilliant idea IMO.

 

And the other two ideas are musts if you ask me, after BoGT I really hope they have a few clubs in this game and getting invited to house parties would be cool.
