I think the first trailer will be out in febuary 2012. The've got the engine ready dont think the game will take more than 4 years since the release of GTAIV.

That's possible but sounds way too late. If they are already starting voiceovers and all sound related stuff then that means most of the rest of the game is already finished.

Interesting, but even if we get an announcement at— say E3 —we still won't be seeing a release until around Spring 2012. This isn't really a prediction, but a good judgment. Rockstar won't go beyond four; they already hinted at a second game, and they want (not need) the money. In light, the good news is we all know a Grand Theft Auto 5 is coming, which is a good thing, right?

I think the same way, i said this in the "i told you so" topic. Because if you look at the sign in the rotterdam tower, it seems that the four city's are connected with each other, like it's flowing from Liberty City to the other 4 city's. That's how I see it though.

 

Also, before GTA IV was released Rockstar said that there were not going to be characters from the 3 era, but why are there CD's from OG Loc in the game then. Then suddenly fernando martinez returns in TBOGT on "VICE CITY FM", then you have the brown streak train advertisment from san andreas. If they make so much advertising about the other city's, then it has to mean something don't it.

What they mean is no proper characters will return, but radio hosts and companies and adverts still exist between the 2 universes.

this is the original foyer from the empire state building. I have been looking at this picture for some time, but i did not see anything useful, maybe someone will see something.

In real life the state names you see on the Empire State Building's foyer, are the states that can see the skyscraper from a distance. So I would imagine it's the same concept on that image. So in other words in GTA's universe, the Rotterdam Tower can be seen by Vice City, Las Venturas, Los Santos and San Fierro.

Just my guess nothing more.

Or we will see and that's my new theory, ether Vice City or Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas(as stand alone city's) in the next GTA and there will not be a San Andreas as mentioned before.

I've actually found this map too. I don't think it means something. After all, you could find maps of Vice City in San Andreas in a trashcan somewhere. LINK!

i have seen this map before on another topic, you can also find this map on the boat where nico is on in the beginning of GTA IV. I think it's called the platypus or something. But still, i don't see anything on the map because it's blurry when you see it in-game. Maybe I have bad eyes or something.

That's a throwback, that map/chart was being spoken about a couple of years ago. A Google image search for 'nautical chart' turns up that chart as the first result. Nothing should be read into it.
