Disappearing pimp suit and other weirdness

After making it to 100 with Denise and getting the pimp suit I started to wear it in lieu of the ugly green Grove Street outfits. But a few missions later I found, after I reloaded, that CJ's outfit had reverted back to what it was before I put the pimp suit on - and I mean including things like the chain and watch, etc that I'd taken off.

 

It happened again as I went though the Green Sable mission.

 

I still have the suit - I just have to go to a wardrobe and put it on again.

 

Anyone else encounter this?

 

I also just encountered something that comes close to being a bug (I'm on the PS2 version). According to the GTA wiki and other pages, if CJ gets wasted in Angel Pine he's supposed to spawn back at the Angel Pine hospital. Yet when it happened to me just now I spawned way back to the Market hospital in Los Santos! It's no big deal because whenever I get wasted I just reload my saved game, so the hospital (or police station) I end up at is irrelevant. I just thought it was odd.

The Hospital/Health Centres are controled by boundry limits, which may or may not seem to make sense. (Reminds me of New York City, one side of the street goes to one hospital the other to another.)

The suit is replaced when wasted/busted sometimes.

Yeah the special suits disappear for me also. I'm not sure why but luckily you don't lose them forever.
