Pizza Boy

I want to add a Pizza Boy to my collection but i have a problem,i CANT find one.Does anyone know where can i find a Pizza boy ?

I've only seen it make rare appearances on the Coast Highway near the piers (Santa Maria Beach) and only once in over fifty games on the strip in Los Venturas.

I only ever seen it a couple times in game. First one was around Hasbury, the other was on the stretch of highway south east of Bayside.

I think that the best places for it to appear are ultimately the docks in LS and SF. I last saw one near the high bridge leading to the Ocean Docks during a Packer search. There seems to be no logic in it showing up in those particular areas tho.
