What to do after beating the game?

Yes, it would be fun to check out features of the game that aren't required for 100%, such as the triathlon, unique stunt jumps and 'Beefy Baron'.

Here's a good challenge :

How well do you know the game? Try beating the game again with radar and hud off.

Go hiking up Mount Planecrash, sorry I ment Mount Chilliad.

Or swim all the way around the state in the fastest time and then do it again and try to beat your set time.

major underscore

Some more things to do (my apologies if I repeated any of those on your list):

- Max your fat meter.

- Do all the unique stunt jumps.

- Pick a color. Drive around the state and destroy all vehicles that you see of that color. Alternatively you can steal any vehicle you see with that color and use it until you see another similar colored vehicle, which you steal.

- Practise some close combat using hand-to-hand only. Take on civilians or gang members for more challenge. See how long you can survive and not get busted on a hand-to-hand spree.

- Play "Knife After Dark" by waiting until night and then stab people. Alternatively you can stalk people and stab them when no one is around to witness it. ph34r.gif

- Pick a silly set of clothes and run around the state doing whatever you like.

That sounds interesting, anyone knows games like that one?

Hey all.

I've got a list of fun things to do in San Andreas. Don't moan at me about the myths, it's just fun to look for them.

...

22) Have Fun Getting Away From Mafia (Casino Cash people) When you have borrowed money from the casino and in debt.

Do the Casino people really chase you if you run out after getting credit?

As I'm now on $118m it would take some time to lose all of that before I'd have to get credit colgate.gif

Really? For me that will take forever since I have like $300,000,000. Also another fun thing extended to a well-known tip. On Mount Chilliad spawn a hotring racer and use all cars have nitrous code and using the hotring racer and nitrous fly off the ramp and tilt the nose down a bit and when it hits the ground it'll probably pop up a bit and it might either be in black smoke or on fire. LOL this is funny because the car can go crazy and it most likely will hit the road or across the road and you'll get a lot of money.

When I complete the story, it depends. Sometimes I go on for 100%, sometimes not. When I do complete it 100%, I then exit the game and either start a new game or forget about it.

Well, personally I conquer all remaining hoods and then try to maximize my account by betting in the casino. Oh, and buy up all clothes.

The Major benefit of the game is the ability to Explore.

Beside the Main Story Line:

Meet and Date Girlfriends to aquire abilitys, weapons, and/or clothing.

Drive/Pilot various vehicles.

Use various Weapons.

Conquer Territory.

Race.

Collect items for ca$h and Abilities.

Target competitions.

Use Automobiles, Trucks, Trains, Planes, Boats to accomplish various required and non-required Deeds.

Learn to be patient, Think out puzzles. Learn other than the obvious ways to accomplish tasks.

Be observant.

I usually start a new game, because these older GTA's feel kind of empty once they are completed. For example in this one, you have no contact with your friends after the game is completed. The best atmosphere in this game is at the beginning, so there I go once I have nothing else to do.

Yep! START Again. (I stopped counting after the 50th replay.)

I kind of want to finish up the other activities before I start over. Even if they're as trivial as driving a truck lol

but I probably will redo the story at some point

Did you notice that at the bottom of the Upload/Download page there is a spot to CLICK for a list of the 100% required items?

No actually I didn't even know there was an Upload/Download page. But I did find a page for 100% but that doesn't mean I don't like to hear others responces.

Here is it, gtasnp.com icon14.gif

Just upload your save game there and click on the 'Click here to to display the mission & property checklist.' text to open the list of finished / unfinished missions / side missions.

By the way, you should also try SAMA (San Andreas Mission Analyzer), which helps you even more, especially at collections.

You can download this tool here.

If you wish to know more information about this, take a look at its topic, here on GTAForums.

Oh the other hand, I usually do the side missions while I'm also doing the storyline missions. It's simply better. Doing only side missions in a row, or only storyline missions in a row, gets boring. Here's a small suggestion, do a side mission after each storyline missions. I mean, something like a race after each mission and stuff like that. It's really cool and enjoyable. smile.gif

Doing the 'Firefighting' and 'Burglary' missions even before starting the Story missions is an asset. These can be completed imediatedly after CJ is dumped in the alley (before he goes Home) The money earned allows buying the Safe Hosues before the CJ House is available for saving. The Infinate Sprint earned by doing the Burglary makes collecting the Gang Tags, etc. easier. And that makes improving CJ's Health easier in turn.

Yeah, I did the firefighter missions a while ago, it was really funny because I could just run through the walls of fire in "End Of the Line". Unfortunatly I can never find the Boxville thats *supposed* to be across from the gym in Ganton and never really feel like leaving Los Santos for a burglary mission lol

EDIT: << Merged new topic into Existing Topic of the Same Subject>>

Okay here's the deal.

I used the 100% checklist (from GTA-sa.com) to get full completion of San Andreas. Whoohoo!!!

But there's a problem....

I don't know what to do now that I've done everything there is to do.

NEVER STOP PLAYING! tounge.gif

There are plenty of things to do, especially in San Andreas. Set yourself challenges like trying to get to 6 stars as quick as you can or just get in a Hydra and fly around and sh*t like that.

I 100%'d San Andreas in 2006 and still do playthroughs and f*ck around in it regularly.
