Docfaustino
Morning everyone. Here's my situation. I was in Free Mode, no lag, at the back-alley skate ramp in Fishmarket South. Me and 2 other guys were trying our hand at car skating. Person A is driving a Biff, flatbed variant, Person B is on an NRG 900F, and I'm on foot, trying to avoid the truck and bike. Maybe the guy in the Biff is just a good driver, I'm not exactly sure, but either way he was able to perform continuous jumps and near-180's without damaging his truck. Now here's where the confusion started. His truck landed on it's front wheels, barely missing me, I was a little to the right. The weight of the truck against the ramp seemed to pop me up in to the air. In fact, I immediately started to 'fly' as if I was on a trampoline. Straight up into the air, about 20 feet or so. When I came back down there was a small amount of blood, but only a sliver of health was lost. So I ask you now? Glitch? Rare occurrence? Simple physics? Thanks. Would be fun to recreate this, I just need an idea of how to go about that. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/469973-truck-physics/ Share on other sites
The Lolwut Pear
He probably was a modder...You can have car god mode and your flying experience sounds similar to 'No Gravity' with Simple Native Trainer.
