Need help ID'ing piece of music

I've always been good to notice music, and there are a few music samples I've heard in a countless amount of videogames, movies, trailers and even tv shows. I don't know if this is due to music rights being sold or everyone sharing composed work, there's definetely a reason for this 1 particular song being literally, EVERYWHERE

Does anyone know where this originally came from, who made it, and why it's everywhere? Any help identifying this famous music sample would be appreciated. I have more youtube links to other places i've heard it.
