Limmit Adjuster for GTA IV and EFLC

Is there one out there. I think we could fix some issues with running the game. Id like to do to GTA IV like we can for GTA 3, GTA VC, and GTA SA where you can change the limmits. When I used that on the older games they could handle more than defalt. Also Id like to be able to modify the height limmit in the game. It would be nice to have the normal game and TLAD's Height limmit like TBOGT or make all 3 games even higher because their much more realistic.

I figured Id post this to bring the idea of a limmit adjuster to attention. I bet there are many limmits that can be hacked to make the game run even more smoothly.
