Are there VCS PS2 NTSC ARMAX CHEATS That work?

Greetings all.

 

I have combed this forum for some time looking for GTA: VCS ARMAX cheats for the following:

 

Infinite Health

Infinite Armor

Mission Skip

No Car Damage

Slower Gameplay

 

And all I have been able to find are either PAL ArMax cheats or Codebreaker/GS codes that have to be converted. I have converted Skiller's codes with OmniConvert, and even tried CBCrypt & MaxConvert, to no success. Game will not load past the black screen. Does anybody have some NTSC ARMAX codes for the above? I know Codejunkies has a set amount of cheats for the game but they don't have the above cheats.

 

Or option 2, give me suggestions on how to convert better. I'm not lazy, I just want them to work. I'm stuck on a Mendez brothers mission called High Wire and need the above to beat it.

I can do that through a SnP ( http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=260970 ), just upload the .MAX archive of your save somewhere and post the link.
