M98B is something else, got like 5+ kills in a row with it earlier.

 

And that laser-sight it something else, it makes headshots ALOT easier to get.

 

Also, what's the wierdest thing anyone has ever seen in BF3? The wierdest I saw was a Recon with a M249.

 

Edit: What the f*ck is wrong with EA/DICE servers, I keep getting the "Failed to connect to EA Online. Please try again."

The wierdest thing I've ever seen is one match, I was about to unload on three enemies running in a straight line until i saw a friendly EOD bot. I watched as it maneuvered behind them and buzzed all three, from last to first. They didn't know what hit em!

Is it bad that I got my first BF3 DLC today?

And it was Aftermath?

 

Scavenger is amazing, I REALLY like how the let you use DLC guns too, the MK3A1 is a beast.

 

I was pissed when a guy took the DAO-12 though.

I showed him whose boss with the SPAS-12 though.

And in the last match I was in, I saw one cheating, I would report him, but I don't know how.

What's the maximum amount of players you can get on a Close Quarters map on PC? I went from Xbox to PC and on Xbox you could only do 8v8, but I just played a 16v16 on Ziba Tower. Also I just started playing BF3 on PC and since BF3 on PC runs at 60 FPS and not 30, it is far harder than playing it on console. You have to think twice as fast. Improved FOV is a benefit though.

Cheating as in Shooting my Tank with a Rocket Launcher, killing me, and leaving my tank in perfect condition.

 

And my C4's not giving his tank ANY damage. (Not even disabled vehicle popped up and I threw like 3+ C4's on the thing.

Is cheating/hacking on PC common? I used to play on 360 where hacking was basically non-existent, but I played a game on Ziba today and accusations of hacking were frequent. Someone stated something about an 'armour hack' that one of my teammates was doing. I was hoping hacking wasn't that common on PC. I can understand the occasional loophole that gets patched quickly, but if it happens en masse, it very much reduces enjoyment.

Also, I thought I would never say this, but the earthquakes are f*cking life-savers. Just not someone was shooting at me, and when the earthquake happened, they lost their aim, and that gave me a oportunity to run, get a gun and spray them.

Well, I got my game all updated last night. 201 MB patch, 1.79 GB multiplayer update, and Aftermath was another 1.59 GB. Good times.

Do we know the other (two?) vehicles besides the dirt bike? I'm really crossing my fingers for a 2-person jet. One of the new Endgame trophies give me hope, since the description is to transport X amount of flag carriers with an aircraft. Sure, it's more than likely referring to a helicopter, but Ohhhh Maaaan I really want 2 person jets. But maybe they're saving those for BF4.

If you think that it is common, check out the top players in the world for your platform. They probably average 850-950 or even less. I don't want to brag about me, but it is pretty clear that after 17 months of improvement I am a 1337 player.

That's pretty impressive, mine is about 550 and I'm only level 31... I hope I can somehow break 1000 myself.

I don't know man I use all classes and I do some tank whoring. I am almost mastering all the primaries, I only need to get like 200 kills with the M40A5 and 350 with the DAO-12.

 

To get that skill level you need to kill a lot and only die for the good players in most of your matches, constant scores like 36-0, 53-1, 54-1, 65-3 among others really helped me to get to that number. It isn't easy but it isn't impossible, by any means, you just have to give more effort in your gameplay and really know what you are doing.

 

Btw, I am playing on ps3.
