Anyway... I got Armored Kill. Best DLC I have bought in a while. AK Was really a relief. I got to mess around in Tanks and what not I love blowing them up too ! Very excited pack, the maps are really big, and they look great!

You gotta learn to use the Mobile Artillery, the most balanced thing in the game: Extremelly deadly in the right hands, requires a lot of skill to use and at the same time is very fragile(same armor as a jeep).

These maps show what battlefield was always supposed to be, not close quarters or Aftermath, not even Armored Kill since the maps were way too big and they had way too much armour. EG maps have the perfect spot as it seems.

Are these the only new vehicles though? 2 AAs, a dirtbike, and dropship (likely will be counted as one). This is only 3-4. 5 is a much better number, considering AK had 5 (and there are no guns...).

 

What could this possible 5th vehicle be? A new jet for Air Superiority? I sure hope so.

Why on earth haven't they added new sidearms and a more expansive sidearm customisation?

 

Why on earth don't we have tritium sights for sidearms, extended mags and such? Also the ability to put two attachements on a sidearm.

 

They're doing a good job and I like everything they've done so far actually. But at moments I feel they have wasted oppertunities/should've added/given more.

 

Especially the part that they promised new weapons/vehicles/... for ALL expansion packs.

So I will keep using my Rambo tags because one does not simply achieve 5 multi kills on consoles, especially if you do 4 of those 5 in a single game just by shooting down transport choppers with my T-90.

Pretty much the only way to get a multikill is to blow up a transport chopper or an LAV.

 

And i hate that triple kills dont count as "multikills"

Yeah, it's not exactly "1337" to advertise that the cool dogtag you're using is paid for. I've been using the BC2 dogtag since the beginning. I enjoyed that game. My left dogtag, though, is an engineer dogtag. My favorite class. I'll have it that way until I obtain a more respectable achievement.

Also, does anyone know how to unlock the MK3A1? I got it off a fallen opponent and that gun sounds amazing, almost like the DAO-12.

darth, it's not really paid for.. it's earned. Not everyone (prem users) are able to unlock some tags bc of the requirements.. especially not in a hurry. So some of us don't have all the tags. I have yet to finish some of the easier ones just bc I get stuck using one class or rarely play BF3 anymore.

I'm just talking about the premium exclusive tags. The ones that you don't earn, that you get just because you have premium. I mean, it's not a big deal, wear them, but for me personally, I see dog tags as a way to show off your achievements.

Paying $50 is an achievement. Can't complain about it just because you haven't paid for Premium, ya know? Even those who have Premium have made alot of achievements and deserve those tags. It's only $50, should buy it.

Anyone have any good gun suggestions to a non-premium member? I used these so far, and here are my reviews:

The UMP-45 is something else, I was getting 5-8 kills without dying!

The PP-2000 is another VERY good PDW, it has no recoil which is a HUGE plus in my book, and it can deal some damage.

The AS VAL is VERY weak and has WAYYY too much recoil, sh*ttiest gun in the game.

The DAO-12 is amazing, I have 7100+ kills with it and a K/D of 1.5X (Is that good?)

Do you use the MP7? Couple it to an extended mag and support class and you are good to go. It also has almost no recoil.

I don't know, Oman is at least bearable at times, because it has normal conquest as opposed to this gay assed Conquest Assault.

 

If they at least OFFERED these maps in Normal Conquest, I would likely enjoy them a lot more. I wish Wake Island had the original Conquest mode in it, with 2 carriers battleing it out over the island.

 

TL;DR, Those maps need normal Conquest.

I do have it. Spending money is not an achievement. At least that's my opinion.

Yeah but you have to consider that Wake Island was always designed for Conquest assault since Battlefield 1942, and it is a great map.

The shotguns are really dissapointing in BF3. Just play BC2 and you will share this hatred.

 

In BC2, it wasn't uncommon to kill somebody from well over 100 meters away with one shot of an 870 mics shotgun w/ magnum ammo.

Me and another were trolling a Recon earlier. (TDM 500% Noshar)

He was camping on top of the Yellow crane.

I set a spawn beacon near the water.

Parachuted to him, knifed him and then Took his rifle.

I killed two of his team mates, then I saw him aimin at me, so I headshot him and got a Marksman 53 bonus.

He parachuted abit later and knifed me.

I parachuted again, this time with my own Rifle (I had the same one as him) and Shot him close-range.

I then set up a spawn beacon and that's when another Recon on my team spawned.

The other guy Knifed me again, and right after he knifed me, he got killed by my team mate.

Later in the match (We were like 450US - 320RU), he was on the ground with a Spas, and I STILL killed him. How the f*ck do you get killed by a M98B while you have a Spas!?!

Right before the match ended (US499/500 Kills), I killed him again.

 

 

@gionascm2 try the DAO-12 with Kobra RDS, Buckshot and Extended Mag. That gun got me 1st place on TDM, Rush and Conquest matches.
