Actually i have (Played Battlefield 2 and 1942 for hours i am a hardcore fan of the seires), I was just wondering being as it has been a long time since a main series battlefield game has come out. IT IS POSSIBLE that they wouldn't include it online. All i'm asking is have they officialy said they will be in online multiplayer?

Actually, I think there is three main parts to the Battlefield series. There is a Battlefields based on real wars and events (Battlefield 1942 and Vietnam), the numbered ones (which are more fictional), and the Bad Company series (which is also fictional along with being made with consoles and fast-paced action in mind). Also, while I haven't played Battlefield 2, I believe the guns probably act more realistically in Battlefield 1942 and Vietnam (despite not having iron sights). Does anyone remember firing the M60 while standing in Battlefield Vietnam? It makes the recoil of BC2's G3 and VSS seem like nothing.

I hope if there are still squads they allow more than 4 people per squad, i would be happier with 5/6 because there are always like 5/6 of us online in BC2 and we couldn't be in a squad together.

 

I hope there is more stuff you can do as a squad to like if your the leader give a command (You could probably do that over the headset) or set a point on the map.

 

Can't wait for the HUGE maps though.

Yeah but it's annoying when you have 5 or 6 friends online so you have to leave out one of them. Which for me sometimes causes arguments amongst us. sad.gif

I don't think five has been confirmed, but I could be wrong. I've not seen it anyway. They said they were looking into it in Game Informer, and six would definitely make more sense.

 

I think E3 is the next big thing to look forward to, and we're already in May! I'm so glad I bought the Tier 1 edition of Medal of Honor, I genuinely cannot wait for the beta either.

I'm fairly certain I read the five squad members thing in the same place I read there'd be no commander, but don't quote me on it.

 

Now, you wanna know what's really awesome? Nine men to a squad with a competent leader. 64 vs 64 madness. I've had some great times in PR playing them matches.

Karkand was great, one of the best, if not the best. But Sharqi was probably one of the best designed maps in the game.

Bad Company 1 sucked balls Bad Company 2, is easily the best multiplayer shooter on consoles EVER. You obviously didnt play it, let alone play it with any friends in a squad, if you did that you would know. BC2 was the closest thing to BF2 (PC) you could ever get to on consoles. In some cases it may have been even better.

 

I suggest you buy a legit copy, get an actual VIP code so you get all the f*cking maps. And then play with some friends who play it. Because you are embarrasing yourself by saying such a thing. I would consider never speaking to you again for saying such a thing.

 

Its like saying coke is the worst soft drink and that you prefer to wipe your ass forward not back.

I Agree. Bad Company 2 was really good. That game has to be one of the best multiplayer FPS's to date.
