I have decided to create a Grand Theft Auto IV Clan called The Lethal Outlaws(TLO) a PS3 based clan.

 

I currently have no logo

I currently have no website

 

I have a Hauppauge HD-PVR to record videos.

Before things get untidy, I ask you to read the forum guidelines, specifically this part - We stress only on one thing for gangs to use this forum - you must operate from GTAForums. You may not simply leave an advertisement or a recruitment topic, directing people to your gang's forums, website, or any external mean of communication. Harsh? Maybe. We want gangs to grow on these boards, and mingle with other gangs and the community. We do not want to encourage isolated gangs that operate externally.

 

In other words, you mustn't come here just to advertise and recruit more members. Have a look around and see how other gangs work. Your gang must reside on the forums, so to speak.

Yes but I don't know anybody on these forums and I just joined the other day, I didn't know about them rules, I forgot to read, Sorry about that. I just want a good clan and some members that all

Try to get people on your PSN list involved in you gang, that could kick-start your activity here. Also go through this topic to find free-agents you can recruit. Over time your gang will grow, provided it gets a good dose of activity and sensible recruiting.

Take it easy for now, the forums aren't as noisy as they used to be when GTAIV was still young. Hang tight and in a few months down the line we many see the place in a much more lively state, with many more members looking into gangs. Good luck.
