GTA IV PC: 'cargrp' file

I don't know if i posted this in the right section and if it allready exsists

 

But what i want to know is that in the EFLC and GTAIV folders there is a doc called 'cargrp' and i found this out one night.

(just like san andreas)

 

I can change Police,gangs and taxis to drive what i want.

 

But the 2 problems i'm having is that for the taxi faction i changed for example; Sultan,Patriot and Cavelcade

 

They work but the only problem is that when i run the game i can't hail them or evan get in by holding F.

 

Possibly i think it is somthing to the taxi meter thing.

 

So can anyone PLEASE help me resolve this?

Okay, second problem:

 

Just a bit like the first.

 

I want to change the 2 cars Roman send out

 

Cavelcade

Romans Taxi

 

now in the cargrp document there is nothing stating anything about.

So how do i edit the phone setting like i can get free wepaon cars or somthing?

 

Just like cargrp i want to change the cars to Huntley and Marblle for example.

 

Please somone at least help me!

 

P.S Any knews about a new GTA?

If I remember correct this is sco related. So it's not possible to edit the taxi that get's send I think.
