NickRad Posted January 19, 2011 Share Posted January 19, 2011 Now first off I don't own IV on the PC anymore but when I got it on the launch date I couldn't see the game properly because the graphics were very bad but when I drove to Roman's apartment Niko wouldn't move and I could only scroll through my phone.
