GTA IV driving camera issues (not drunk)

Edit: Ok, I found another source for save files, though since I was playing missions out of order, I chose an older one. Oh well, almost back to where I was anyway.

 

Frick I'm an idiot. Didn't realise till after I submitted that there's a troubleshooting forum. I can't seem to delete this thread either.

 

Easier to show this rather than explain.

This randomly occurred just recently while I was playing, affects all vehicles, and is confined to this save file. I'd like to figure out how to fix it though, since it's my first play through of the game and I don't really feel like starting again, since I've almost run out of patience. I would use this list of save games, but the links do not work.

 

Can anybody help me fix it?
