Tashan
Hello friends, I am having a frustrating difficulty getting hold of the new GTA 4 in terms of driving the vehicles. Every vehicle is simply unique in driving sense unlike San Andreas. What's more painful (in my case, the least) is just can't get it under control, either the car skids (even at normal speeds [taps]) or abrupt turns with manual brakes and sooo ooooooooooooonnnnnnnnn.......... I always got furious over GTA 4 (waste of my money!!!) for few reasons but with time managed to capitalize with what game has on the + side but driving seems unending problem Can any one help??? Vin.
The only thing I can suggest (I had the same problem when I first played IV on Xbox) is to make use of the reverse key, and also let go of the accelerator when coming up to a corner. Don't use the handbrake unless you're going for a 180* turn or similar. Practice makes perfect. N9T9F1ake
Three words Easy does it. Like vin says don`t use the handbrake unless you are not going fast. What i mean is at a turning/corner don`t hit the handbrake if your driving fast. Also don`t get frustrated, just think about how you can improve your driving. Linki
Alternation between acceleration and the brakes are what is important. Like what the other poster said, practice makes perfect.
